Teacher Mentor Program We support first year teachers with the guidance and expertise of one of our established Marshall ISD instructors.
Bilingual Stipends Marshall ISD awards a $2,500 annual stipend for certified bilingual teachers teaching in bilingual classrooms.
Signing Bonuses Marshall ISD awards a one-time $5,000 signing bonus to certified bilingual teachers teaching in a bilingual classroom. Marshall ISD awards a one-time $3,000 signing bonus to certified teachers in Math, Science, and Spanish teaching in those assigned classrooms.
