Superintendent, has the managerial responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the district. The superintendent is responsible for the implementation of federal, state and local policies and the administration of the district’s annual budget.

Deputy Superintendent assists faculty, staff, students and parents in the areas of district improvement, planning, communication, innovative instructional programs and student services.
Mariann Middleton
Instructional Services is responsible for creating and maintaining a comfortable academic environment for staff and students, ensuring the highest level of achievement can be attained. Some of the key areas of Curriculum and Instruction include: TAKS testing, benchmark testing, curriculum mapping and providing staff development.
Debra Crooms
Human Resources is responsible for recruiting, hiring and retaining personnel to provide the highest quality of educational services to students of Marshall ISD. The department also monitors the teacher performance measurement system, employee pay scales, health and benefit programs and provides staff development in various areas.
Melinda McGinnis
Financial Services is responsible for budgeting, receiving, investing and spending funds necessary to operate the district. The finance office also collects student and staff data reported annually through PEIMS.
Jobbie King
Auxilary Services is responsible for providing the maintenance to clean, safe and comfortable environments and facilities for providing student achievement. Additionally, the department manages transportation for students to and from school related events and campuses.
Stacie Whitaker
Special Programs is responsible for Dyslexia, 504, Special Education, General Education Homebound and Health Services. These services are for students who have significant needs and may include accommodations or modifications to the curriculum, related services and supplementary aides and services. Services are provided to students who have an educational need and qualify for the program.
Brooke Paddie
Communications & Community Relations is responsible for internal and external communications, printing and community outreach projects.
Thedrick Harris
Athletic Department boasts a competitive program of seventeen sports with over 1000 participants in grades 7-12. The athletic department strives for each student athlete to be successful socially, academically and athletically. Individual and team sports for both girls and boys foster positive experiences and life-long skills of hard work, self-discipline and positive attitudes.

Technology Services Technology Services is responsible for maximizing technology’s
contributions to improving education through developing the district’s
vision and goals for technology, distributing and maintaining hardware
and software, managing the district’s network/infrastructure and
providing staff development.
