MJHS Students Awarded For History Fair Projects

This is the image for the news article titled MJHS Students Awarded For History Fair ProjectsSeventeen Marshall Junior High students were awarded ribbons and recognition for their work in the annual Marshall ISD History Fair held earlier this month at MJHS.

The theme for this year’s competition was “Conflict and Compromise,” with students selecting a topic of interest for them and presenting their project in one of three formats: Exhibit, Documentary, or Performance.

First, second and third place winners in each category have qualified for the Harrison County History Fair competition next week (January 27).

 • 2nd Place (tie): Reagan Fleet and Madison Sallee;  • Jason Gaona, Garrett Cotton and Kenneth Calloway
 • 3rd Place: Lundy Dutton and Isabella Emery
