This gift will be provided at no cost to families, but we need your help to ensure each student receives the correct size.
Shh!! It is a secret, please do not share the surprise with your student. They will receive these gifts on 12/19, the last day of school before Christmas Break.
📏 Please complete the form below with your student’s size.
If you have more than one student at Sam Houston STEM, please submit a separate form for each child.
✔ You may choose to size up if you want a longer fit.
⚠ There will not be extra gifts ordered for size exchanges, so please double-check before submitting.
👕 Make sure you clearly select Youth or Adult size when completing the form. Only mark one size.
Thank you for helping us make this surprise extra special for our Mavericks! ❤️🤘

Dear SH Families,
We are excited to invite you to join us for See You at the Pole on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:00 AM. Please review the parking and rain-out details below:
☀️ If it is NOT raining:
Morning drop-off will continue with two lines as normal.
Parents wishing to attend See You at the Pole with their student should park in one of the following locations:
*The Eastern Hills Church of Christ parking lot
*The cul-de-sac at the end of Travis Street near the church
Please do NOT park in the bus turn-around, block residential driveways, or park where the drop-off line flows.
Please walk with your student to the crosswalk and then cross to the flagpole for the event.
🌧 If it is raining:
See You at the Pole will still take place, but will be moved indoors to the cafeteria.
Morning drop-off will be limited to one line only, following normal rainy day procedures in the K-2 drop-off line.
Parents attending with their students should park along Indian Springs and use the East Gate entrance (near the cafeteria) to join us.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and smooth event. We look forward to seeing you there!
