Grant Program: Texas GEAR UP Grant
Intent and Purpose: The purpose of the Texas GEAR UP grant is to empower students to explore their goals, prepare them for college, and build the skills they need to succeed after graduation.
Expected Entitlement: $1,335,000.00 over 7 years
Summary of planned expenditures: To meet the intent and purpose of GEAR UP Grant, we plan to use our entitlement of $1,335,000.00 to expand academic support, college readiness services, and student advising.
