Marshall ISD administrative staff has developed a District Improvement Plan which focuses on six major goals: improve the academic performance of all students; all student groups will meet at least the minimum criteria for the System Safeguards under the Texas Education Agency Accountability System; to recruit, employ and retain a well-qualified and professional staff; to communicate with all components of school and community; to provide a safe environment at all campuses; and to improve conflict resolution and behavioral management skills.
