-Tickets for the freshman game at Tyler High on Thursday will be sold at the gate (credit card only, no cash). The 9th grade game will be hosted at the Tyler High School Main Field.

CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Rose Stadium does implement a bag policy limiting the size and type allowed at all events.

MISD announces once again it will operate the Community Eligibility Program under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2023-2024 school year. The CEP has provided all MISD students with free breakfast and lunch since the 2019-2020 school year.

Returning students can be registered online through Skyward Family Access, or you can visit your child's campus for registration assistance.
New students must be registered at the campus they will be attending.
We are one week away from the first day of school on August 15th!
MAVERICK FOOTBALL TICKETS
Maverick season football tickets are still on sale until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 9th! Season tickets are available online or at the Y A Tittle Athletics Fieldhouse ticket office. Office hours are 8am-4pm for ticket sales.
Seats are $40 in Section C and D(with backs), $36 Section B(without backs). We will be hosting Longview, Hallsville, Texas High and Whitehouse this year and you will not want to miss those games. Go Mavs!

ATTENTION:
We are excited to announce that work will begin this week at Maverick Stadium! These upgrades include new stadium fencing, home and visitor ticket booths, and a new locker room for visiting teams and Maverick girls' soccer. Please be aware that heavy equipment and workers will be operating near Maverick Dr.
These upgrades are made possible by the financial diligence of the Marshall ISD Board of Trustees as well as a Safety and Security Grant and are not related to bond activities.
Angela Fitzpatrick has been named the lone finalist for Superintendent of Karnack ISD. She has been at Marshall ISD for 18 years and has impacted many students and staff members during her time in the district. Mrs. Fitzpatrick will continue to lead the Sam Houston campus through August 24th. In anticipation, Marshall ISD will immediately begin the search to fill the position of Principal at Sam Houston STEM Academy. We wish Mrs. Fitzpatrick nothing but the best with this current opportunity.
Congratulations to our Marshall FFA students who received their lonestar degrees at the State FFA Convention this week! We are so proud of the hard work and dedication that we have seen from our FFA students this year and cannot wait to see what they do in the 23-24 school year!

Beginning Tuesday, June 20th, Marshall ISD schools will be open and we will offer the following pre-scheduled summer programs to our students.
MHS Summer School/Credit Recovery*
Pre-registered STEM Camp at Sam Houston
MJHS Algebra I Boot Camp
Special Education and Bilingual programs at PTY*
*MHS Summer School/Credit Recovery students may work remotely if they have access to a computer and internet.
*The Special Education and Bilingual Programs at PTY are only offered to students chosen to be part of the summer program.

Due to the safety of our community, MISD is cancelling camps, summer school and work for campus and admin staff on Monday.
The MISD School Board meeting will be moved to June 26th.
